Talking points for the session –Advantages that can be gained by business and local governments by developing and implementing solutions in close partnership –To focus on how a co-operative approach to finding an innovative and flexible solutions to the most pressing sustainability issues that local governments face can be more effective than trying to find solutions on the market

To do energy audit of existing lighting system To implement ensure energy conservation by using LED lights instead of traditional SV lamps. Timer controls for automatically switching on/off the street lights Contract terms stipulate sharing of energy savings cost on implementation
