2 Current Situation in Russia Recent Developments Minimal price for liquors has been increased and will be further increased (all for retail prices, 0.5 l. bottle, 40°) For vodka from 170 Rub. to 199 Rub. starting on 11 th of March and will be increased up to 220 Rub. starting on 1 st of August For cognac from 280 Rub. to 322 Rub. starting on 11 th of March For brandy (or any wine, grape, fruit, cognac, calvados or whiskey distillates) from 250 Rub. to 293 Rub. starting on 11 th of March

4 Current Situation in Russia Recent Developments Minimal price for liquors has been increased and will be further increased (all for retail prices, 0.5 l. bottle) From 144 Rub. for 28° beverages Up to 341 Rub. for 61° or stronger beverages Price increase is related to increase of alcohol products above 9% excise duty from 400 to 500 Rub. for 1 litter of pure alcohol and prepared by RosAlcogolRegulirovanie (Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation)

State Concept  The Concept to implement state policy to decrease the scale of alcohol misuse and prevent alcohol dependency among the population of Russia for the period up to 2020 – has been adopted by the Decree of the Government N.2128-p of 30 th December,  The Concept determines aims, gals and mechanisms to implement the anti-alcohol policy. 5
