Introduction The purpose of this document is to collect, analyze and define high-level needs and features of the STORY TELLER. It focuses on the capabilities needed by the stakeholders and the target users. The website is going to be developed in Marathi language for small children. This website contains the stories, general knowledge, small games and historical information with voice effect. 4/21

Purpose Purpose of our Website is to generate Interest in study of children those are unable to use educational facilities. “Empowering the Poor”. To provide voice over facility of Marathi stories. Scope Voice Over facility is given for children and people who can't read and also to those who are having interest in listening the stories. It provides the category wise classification of stories to user (age wise category). Member can upload the stories for publish on website. Administrator mange whole data of members, stories, games, and other information of website. Administrator can create, update, delete, edit all data of member also verify uploaded stories from user and give approval for displaying on website. 5/21

Current System History Till now websites provided text effects in Marathi stories, and current websites does not provide audio effects as well as video effects to stories.
