Some explanations: To be used in the beginning of a semester. Begin the rules by telling students to memorize all four rules. Explain each rule to students and along the way ask the students to recall the previous rule(s). A worksheet is provided for reinforcement at the end. It can also be kept by students for future reference.

Rule Number 1: Be on time.

Rule Number 2: Listen when others are talking.

Rule Number 3: Raise your hand to speak. *Try to speak English as much as you can!

Rule Number 4: Follow directions. Can you follow teacher OOO’s directions? Let’s give it a try.

Rewards Each rule, when followed, is worth one point. A treat will be given to each class when the class reaches 30, 60, 90 points and so on.
