I COULDN’T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU!

“I can honestly say this is the most comprehensive training and feedback I have received from an organization. Both my PAR mentor and evaluator were amazingly supportive throughout the year and I look at them as colleagues that I can turn to for help at any time. They really made my first year of teaching a wonderful experience.” - From VCS New Teacher Induction Survey

“Having experienced teachers guiding us through our first year was invaluable. It was nice having constructive criticism and positive feedback from a professional who has had years of experience in the classroom.” - From VCS New Teacher Induction Survey

“I believe that classroom evaluation and reflection was one of the most helpful components of the PAR program. This has the greatest impact for student learning.” - From VCS New Teacher Induction Survey

“My PAR made the biggest difference this year. She helped me take chaos and shape it into order. She worked diligently with me to address classroom management, developing respect and rapport with students, and engagement.” - From VCS New Teacher Induction Survey

“I have learned that there is a lot more to teaching than standing in front of a class!” - From VCS New Teacher Induction Survey
