1. FORM FILL & SEAL MACHINES Fully automatic form fill and seal machine is operator friendly and a low maintenance machine. This machine is used for packing wide range of products in the form of powder, granules, liquids and paste etc. in LUP (low unit packs). This vertical form fill and seal machine can be customize to pack wide range of products such as ORS POWDER, Jam, Ketch-up, tobacco, pan masala, shampoo, ball bearing etc. with the suitable dozing system.

2. WRAPPING MACHINES We have got complete range of wrapping machines for flexible packaging material. The machines are capable of wrapping product having any shape and size. Based on the application different models are introduced and specialized over period of time for packing different products. Flow wrap machine for any object of uneven size. Candy Wrap machine for hard boiled candy, chicklets and chewing gums. Overwrap machine, Onedge Machine, Family pack machine for packing biscuits in various kind of pouches. The models are available in both servo and non servo based technologies.

3. SPECIAL PURPOSE - PICK FILL & SEAL Fully Automatic Machine for packing powder, granules, liquid, paste in pre-formed pouches like center seal pouch, three side seal pouch, stand-up pouch and zipper pouch. The speed of the machine is up to 60 pouches per minute. The machine is robotic in motion and change from one type of pouch to another and one size to another is very easy and tool less.

SEMI AUTOMATIC MACHINES - VNS Semi-automatic Vacuum, Nitrogen Flushing & Sealing Machine is a user friendly packing system to pack and seal product in preformed pouches like center seal pouch, three side seal pouch, stand-up pouch and zipper pouch etc. made-up of heat sealable laminated film The product to be packed are dry fruits, rice, tea, wafers, mushrooms, pharmaceutical products etc. The speed of the machine is pouches per minute.
