Presentation Format  The presentation should be clear, concise and compelling  Presentations will be 8 minutes maximum  Use graphics and visuals as needed (simple format)  Charts, graphics, pictures and wording should be simple and easy to read  Each slide should have between 3 and 6 bullets (no paragraphs, uncluttered)

History of Bosch  Describe Bosch’s corporate structure  Provide a timeline of Bosch’s history from its beginning until what it has become today  Highlight important events & innovations that helped grow the company  Highlight important events & innovations that connect specifically with Bosch’s involvement in the eBike industry

eBike Industry Analysis (European Market)  Describe the eBike market in Europe  How is the European market segmented?  Who are the market leaders?  Suitability of product for this market  Discuss trends or growth opportunities

Competitive Analysis (European Market) Direct Competition – Who are they? – Market share of each competitor? – Past and current strategies of Bosch and competitors? – What are each competitor’s strengths and weaknesses? – What potential threats do competitors pose? – What potential opportunities (if any) do competitors make available? Indirect Competition – Who/what are they? – What potential threats does indirect competition pose? – What potential opportunities (if any) does indirect competition make available?

Competitive Advantage (European Market)  Does Bosch have a competitive advantage?  If yes, what sets Bosch’s eBike system apart?  Are there any particular company characteristics that enable Bosch to have a competitive advantage?
