3 SDR Customer Query Go to The Supply Discrepancy Report Automation (SDR-A) Customer Query Tool is accessed through the Apps Links in AFSAC Online.

4 SDR Query Country/Case/Line Search 1. Enter country, case, and/or, line. 2. Click on the “Search” button to see matching SDRs. This is the SDR Query Main input screen. You can search the data base for information on open or closed SDRs based on a variety of search parameters.

10 SDR Query Refined Country/Case/Line Search Search resulted in 51 matches for search parameters entered. 1.Click on ‘Radio’ button to query details of a single record. 2.Click “Select” button.

11 SDR Customer Query Individual Record The SDR Basic Data contains standard information that applies to all SDRs. Click Help to see definitions of most codes displayed in SDR Query. This screen displays SDR Query results. To view SDR details, click on the tab that describes which details you want to see.

12 SDR Query – Discrepancy Detail The “Discrepancy Detail” Tab displays the discrepancy code details provided by the customer.

13 SDR Query – Remarks Detail The “Remarks” Tab displays customer & ILCO remarks that have been entered on this SDR.

14 SDR Query – Attachment Detail The “Attachment” Tab displays customer, ILCO, and Action Activity attachments entered on this SDR. Click here to ‘view’ attachments.

20 SDR Query – SDR Reply Detail The “Reply” Tab displays action activity replies to this report as well as “Reply Remarks” and “DD Form A” materiel return details, if applicable. This reply has an Action Agency Response = 107; Interim Adjustment Reply = ‘BX’ which means ‘Exhibit Return’.

21 SDR Query – SDR Reply Detail--2 This reply has Action Agency Response Codes: 806  Repair/adjustment procedures provided by source. 102  Credit not authorized Cause Code ‘RR’ indicates ‘repaired and returned’. 22 SDR Query – SDR Reply Detail Transportation Reimbursement Exists Transportation reimbursements post on records where materiel has been disposed of locally or returned to USG/Contractor Facility (Adjustment Reply Code in B_ Series) Customer reimbursed % of ‘Transp Value’ based on the Trans Adjust Reply Code assigned.

23 SDR Query – Requisition Detail This section contains Requisition History ‘requirement and status’ details (like SAMIS 165D). This section contains SDR ‘ordered and received’ data.

24 SDR Query – Shipping/Billing Detail This section contains Requisition History ‘shipping and billing (deliveries)’ details (like SAMIS 165D). This section contains SDR ‘shipping/billing’ data.

25 SDR Query – Contract Detail The “Contract” Tab displays information about the contract under which the item was shipped (if loaded into Submission Wizard by customer).

26 SDR Query – Freight Tracking Detail The “Freight Tracking” Tab displays tracking information about the item shipped.

27 SDR Query – SDR Dates Detail The “Dates” Tab displays dates when events have occurred with this SDR. SDR Done!

28 SDR Query Financial Completion Details The “Financial Completion Review” Tab displays information concerning the financial closure of this report.

29 SDR Query – Form SF364 Click on “Form SF364” button to view, save, or print the SF 364 (Front and Back).

30 SDR Query – SF364 Front The front page of the SF364 includes the discrepancy, remarks, attachment references, and action activity. Address of Customer Submitting SDR

31 SDR Query – SF364 Back The back page of the SF364 includes the action activity reply and reply remarks IF a reply has been received. On SDRs awaiting a reply, the back page will be blank. Address of Customer Receiving SDR Reply The SF364 front/back displays in Adobe Acrobat Reader and can be saved or printed by the user.

32 SDR Query – SF364 Additional Page The SF364 additional page includes ‘overflow’ Block 12 submission remarks and Block 23 reply remarks.
