Flower Mound - Emergency Response Plan Details submission requirements Details on all persons to be notified in the event of an evacuation, including, without limitation, all persons residing within one- half (1/2) mile of the edge of construction or surface disturbance. The operator shall submit to the town a notarized letter from a hazardous materials.
