MyClubMate – Team Manager’s Admin Site The Team Managers admin site helps you to manage your team by -Sending s and SMS -Uploading Id Photos -Printing Match Cards -Printing team lists -Recording Match Results -Grading players -Keeping track of team shirts
Logging In The team managers site is found at; Your club secretary will give you your log in details which will be; The manager’s address A password (which can be changed) Your team name
Main Menu Use the Main Menu to navigate through the site
Team Members Details Click on the Team Members function to see full details of your team members.
Sending s You can easily send s to your team, or to the managers and coaches of other teams in your age group. Specify who you want to send the to. Write your Click to send
Uploading player photos Choose the Player Photos Option Your team will be displayed with any photos that have been uploaded in past years. Click on a players’ name to upload a new photo
Find the photo you want to upload from a file on your computer Click to upload the photo
Drag the highlighted rectangle to the area of the photo you want to use. You can resize the area as needed. This image will show what the final photo will look like Click next to upload the image.

Player Shirt Numbers You can keep track of your teams’ shirt numbers using the Team Manager Site Click on “Club Shirts” to update your team shirts Click on a player to allocate a shirt.
Allocate a shirt number for the player Click to update The team id sheet will also be updated with the shirt number
Team ID Sheet Print ID Sheet for details of your team including ID numbers, player photos and shirt numbers Print a Team ID Sheet and keep in your team bag for player IDs and details
Click Print Match Card each week… Printing Match Cards
This is what you should see Click to Print Match cards If a Squad, don’t forget to print BOTH firsts AND Reserves Games displayed in Date & Time order Opposing Club Colours Displayed so you know if a clash will occur Use this to print out generic match cards with player info but no game details, in case of emergencies such as printer not working! Keep a few in your team bags Use this to print out completely blank match cards

The Top Half in Detail Date, Time, Ground etc all filled in automatically Shirts numbers need to be filled in for players involved in the match Enough room for up to 42 players for Squads
Bottom half in Detail 2 cards printed, 1 from each club – both need to be signed by both managers Age Group specific Adjustments printed at the bottom for easy reference
Team Manager’s Site The Team Manager’s Site may also be used by NSFA to enter match results. Instructions will be given if this option is used. If you have any problems accessing or using the Team Managers Site, please contact your Club Secretary
