Preliminary meta-research When you research a matter totally unknown to you, then starting could be tricky. Find an expert! Research Question 2: A federal study on a mysterious noise that vexes Windsor, Ont. residents is pointing fingers across the Canada-U.S. border at the blast furnaces of an American steel mill. The locals call the nuisance the “Windsor Hum,” a periodic pulsating, vibrating noise that has bedeviled residents for some time. They would like to sue and stop the noise. What is your strategy?
