Reduce the costs associated with at risk families With the government’s recent announcement on troubled families, now is the time to address the issue of understanding and identifying who the problem families are in your region and delivering targeted services to prevent multiple problems – early interventions.

1)Identifying a troubled family – Troubled families are households who:  Are involved in crime and anti ‐ social behaviour (ASB)  Have children not in school  Have an adult on ‘out of work’ benefits  Cause high costs to the public purse 2) Ensuring a single, accurate view of child/adult/family 3) How do we join up the data across agencies?

 Success measures include:  Children back to school  Reduction in criminal and anti-social behaviour  Parents on the road back to work  Reduce the costs to the tax payer and local authorities

Typical parties involved in sharing data:  Local Authorities  NHS  DWP  Fire and rescue  Police  3 rd parties  Schools  Charities

We are helping Local Authorities in the UK to identify who the problem families are. The ISA application provides a single real-time view of a child and family across agencies such as Education, Social Work, Police, YOT. This accurate and trustworthy view allows you to see a history of interactions with other agencies to deliver outcomes and results that are cost effective and timely. ISA helps you to:  Identify at risk children and families  Reduce the costs of managing complex families  Improve outcomes for children and families with correct interventions  Early interventions lead to reduced costs and improved outcomes  Reduce reporting times on children and families  Improve productivity of case work
