Physical Education & Health  Incorporated Fitnessgram as our fall and spring fitness assessment  Offered opportunities and incentives for students to improve their fitness levels  10% of grade is based on documentation of monthly activity calendar  Shifted from sport oriented program to a fitness based program  Include station activities for every unit to increase individual participation an maximize movement opportunities
