What kind of things do you worry about and why do you worry about those things?

What can you do to manage your worries? I Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. John 15:7 “If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.”

What kinds of things should you ask for when you pray? Matthew 6:31-33 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Meditate – to think about, to spend time in quiet thinking, to think deeply, reflect, to plan

Growing strong in the Lord Revelation 1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand
