II. Three Different Ways to Pray A. Vocal Prayer – use words, traditional prayers eg. Our Father, Hail Mary B. Meditation – prayer of the mind, quiet, thinking over the words of scripture or an event in like of Jesus C. Contemplation – prayer of the heart, raising your mind and heart to God, spending time in the present of the Blessed Sacrament
