Legal basis COUNCIL REGULATION (EC) No 1890/2005 of 14 November 2005 of stainless steel fasteners originating in the People’s Republic of China, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam Notice of the expiry of certain anti-dumping measures (2010/C 314/08) of stainless steel fasteners originating in Indonesien, Thailand und Vietnam Stainless steel fasteners, i.e. bolts, nuts and screws of stainless steel

Legal basis Stainless steel fasteners, i.e. bolts, nuts and screws of stainless steel COUNCIL IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 2/2012 of 4 January 2012 of stainless steel fasteners originating in the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan COUNCIL IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 205/2013 of 7 March 2013 extending the definitive anti- dumping duty to imports of certain stainless steel fasteners consigned from the Philippines, whether declared as originating in the Philippines or not

Conclusion: Anti-dumping duty on  imports of certain stainless steel fasteners and parts thereof  of stainless steel  originating in the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan Legal basis  or consigned from the Philippines.

Anti-dumping duty rate Certain stainless steel fasteners, i.e. bolts, nuts and screws of stainless steel  Taiwan up to 23,6 % Legal basis  People’s Republic of China up to 27,4 %

Legal basis COUNCIL REGULATION (EC) No 91/2009 of 26 January 2009 of steel fasteners originating in the People’s Republic of China COUNCIL IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 693/2012 of 25 July 2012 extending the definitive anti- dumping duty to imports of certain iron or steel fasteners consigned from Malaysia, whether declared as originating in the Malaysia or not Iron or steel fasteners, i.e. bolts, nuts and screws

Legal basis Iron or steel fasteners, i.e. bolts, nuts and screws COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2015/519 of 26 March 2015 imposing a definitive anti- dumping duty on imports of certain iron or steel fasteners originating in the People's Republic of China, as extended to imports of certain iron or steel fasteners consigned from Malaysia, whether declared as originating in Malaysia or not

Conclusion: Anti-dumping duty on  imports of certain iron or steel fasteners and parts thereof  of iron or steel  originating in the People’s Republic of China Legal basis  or consigned from the Malaysia.
