PERFETTA&ULTRA NARVA 6. SCHOOL NARVA, ESTONIA

Profile of activity of the firm –– advertizing of a healthy food, especially servising fish and sea food at schools for students.

Our aims and goals. Seafood has to become worthy alternative to meat food. We see our aim in promoting of seafood among school students.

How to reach this goal. For achievement of this purpose we are going to give at schools lectures about healthy food, to investigate production of the fish- processing enterprises and to produce visual advertizing of their useful production.

Our plans In plans of the company for the near future is the production of videos on processing of fish, simple video recipes of preparation dishes from fish and seafood, development of cooperation with the fishing and fish- processing enterprises in Estonia.

What problem of society we solve During the research which was carried out by firm in 2011, it became clear that in Estonia a small amount of youth aged 25 years eats fish and seafood.

“Fish is great brain food”. In fact, nutritionists agree that you should eat at least 2 servings of fish per week. Here are some of the biggest reasons you should add fish to your diet.

Fish consists of fat, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Many types of fish contain the oil known as omega-3 fatty acids. Perhaps the main benefits of omega-3 are that it plays a large role in keeping your arteries free of blockage and lowers your blood pressure.

Fresh fish is better Many varieties of fish also meet daily vitamin requirements. One serving of salmon gives you 100% of required vitamin D and 50% B12. Fresh fish contains complete protein sources with all the amino acids your body needs to maintain a healthy metabolism.

TROUT AND SALMON This cold-water fish is one of the best sources of Omega-3 fatty acids around, those wonder fats that help maintain blood pressure levels already within normal limits. Eat at least two servings a week and you’re covered. If you can, opt for wild salmon over farmed, as they typically have fewer contaminants.

STOCKFISH Stockfish is unsalted fish, especially cod, dried by cold air and wind on wooden racks. The stockfish retains all the nutrients from the fresh fish, only concentrated: it is therefore rich in proteins, vitamins, iron, and calcium.

SHRIMPS Consumption of 300 grams of shrimps doesn't increase the content of negative people's cholesterol with normal level of it. Shrimps contain not enough fat. Fat which they contain is nonsaturated an omega-3 fatty acids which prevents from rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory diseases. Meat of shrimps also is a good source of protein with the low maintenance of calories. 14 grams of protein are the share of couple of tens large shrimps and only 66 calories.

CAVIAR Caviar is a good source of Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Protein, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron, Magnesium and Selenium. These elements help maintain a healthier blood pressure as well as manage the heart and the human body features.

It is better to try once The Russian proverb says: a picture is worth a thousand words. We invite you not only to look, but also to try snack from fish and seafood of our northern country. Bon appetit!
