A&E OBJECTIVES To provide a system for assessing levels of literacy and other non- formal learning achievements To provide an alternative pathway for learning Alternative certification of learning for Filipinos Through the A&E, learners can receive the equivalent of an elementary or high school certificate

ALS A&E ASSESSMENT & CERTIFICATION Two Levels: Elementary and Secondary Assessment consists of a 300 item multiple choice test and essay-writing Passing A&E Assessment enables the learner to have the equivalent of an elementary or high school certificate
