Strategy to attact nonnative English Speakers It is fundamental taking into account students needs to offer services that are relevant to their lives. (Time, Money, Distance) Resources  Downloadable Audio Books  Streaming Video  Language Learning resources  Software Impact  Developing the ability to express themselves accordingly.  Becoming more confident at speaking English, as well as developing basic computer skills  Maximizing employability through improved ESOL- learning opportunities.

 Teachers work at a Public Institution. They teach two hours per week in formal sessions at night shift, and one on line session.  Their students are adults between 20 And 30 years old.  They teach to a group of students who are in basic level of English (A1 - According to CEF)  Their class is heteregenerous.  The class is focused on needs and goals for adults.  Student’s motivation: Self-steem, quality of life, know and use technology.

Pedagogical Implications: Strategy  To improve speaking skill in an autonomous way. Adults will practice with the Magazine Speak Up (Ed. Planeta), in order to practice at home.  The teacher will suggest to students to find the most suitable technological tools for them, in order to improve their learning.  The teacher will design an online platform to introduce different grammar exercises such as: Filling the gaps, choose the right answer, match the picture with the description, etc. This will allow the creation and sharing of media-rich webpages and the incorporation of audio, video, images and texts, which will enrich students progress in and outside the classroom.

RECOMMENDATIONS  The instructions to the adult’s learners should be imparted as meaningful as possible, and the resources have to be chosen according to their needs and goals.  The goal is that adults can communicate in English their ideas as much as possible, then it is necessary to create real environments and relevant situations for their lives.
