VOCATIONAL TRAINING ON THE JOB LEARNING PROGRAM for apprentices from 16 to 25 years old willing to receive a first trade training. Fostering the sustainable integration of young people into the labour market Objectives In active partnership with companies, Les Compagnons offer young apprentices a qualifying and bipolar training : The professional skills acquired from the employer joins the general, technical and human education provided by Les Compagnons. Advantages You alternate 4 to 6 weeks in a company and 2 weeks in a training centre of Les Compagnons. You receive an attractive wage. You get a diploma (CAP* or BAC PRO**), with the opportunity to continue your curriculum to get a Bachelor degree. You take part in a mobility project for 3 weeks in a European country. You are trained by a Compagnon. * Level 1 ** Level 2 More than apprentices per year 88% success rate in CAP* thanks to a personalized tutoring 94% of the apprentices have a job after the training 75% of the apprentices still work in their trade 6 years after their training

The mobility actions for the apprentices Procedure Three-week stay : one week in a training centre and two weeks in a company. It allows each apprentice to have a different approach of his trade. He acquires technical and practical skills, develops his language skills and is aware of the social and cultural context of the host country. Accommodation The accommodation is organized in host families, boarding schools, training centres or youth hostels. LE TOUR DE FRANCE (Worldwide journey) For young professionals from 18 to 25 years old who already received a training in their trade. Improve your skills while travelling Objectives After their apprenticeship, each young professional can acquire new skills thanks to a higher education which includes a professional career in France and abroad. Focusing on travel, exchanges, adaptability and discovery, the Tour de France is a real added value to the standard training. It forges a solid foundation for an international and dynamic career and gives access to positions with responsibilities. Advantages You get a unique higher education of excellence, in France and worldwide. You are paid at least 100% of the minimum wage (in France). You get other degrees until Bachelor Degree. You travel and live experiences in France and abroad in the 5 continents. WORK GROUP ON THE BECOMING OF THE TRADES For all the professionals of a particular trade The WORK GROUP ON THE BECOMING OF THE TRADES is a process of "reflection-action “ that allows Les Compagnons to anticipate trades in the future. The actions focus on six factors in the development of businesses: economic, organizational, demographic, cultural, regulatory, and technological. Its main mission Ensure the relevance of the proposed training, the sustainability of the field and acquiring new skills. INSTITUTE OF TRANSMISSION Created in 2009, the INSTITUTE OF TRANSMISSION trains and coaches actors of transmission company training mentors. Its missions Impart skills and knowledge to trainers to be in direct connection with the ethics of Les Compagnons. Give trainers the tools and means to accomplish their mission with perfection.
