INDUSTRY CLUSTER? Q: What is and Industry Cluster? A: Clusters are geographic concentrations of industries related by knowledge, skills, inputs, demand, and/or other linkages. A growing body of empirical literature has shown the positive impact of clusters on regional and industry performance, including job creation, patenting, and new business formation.

CONSORTIUM Q: What is a Consortium? A: An alliance, coalition or loose association of organizations, associations, companies and network partners formed to achieve an outcome beyond the reach or resources of any one member
