Choose from a range of PTFE hose assemblies that are available. Smoothbore PTFE hoses are available from 1/8" to 1" in diameter (B-Flex Spec Sheet). This is typically used on systems that require an uninterrupted flow.

Convoluted PTFE hoses are available from 1/4" up to 4” in diameter (C-Flex Spec Sheet). These hoses are more flexible than any smoothbore PTFE hose. These PTFE Hoses are used in processes that require improved flexibility or a tighter bend radius.

Silicone jacketed PTFE hoses are available for sanitary applications. Available sizes range from 1/8” to 1” in diameter (ST-Flex Spec Sheet). This hose is constructed with a heavy-wall PTFE liner with a stainless steel braid and an extruded silicone jacket.

PTFE hose has an additional fiberglass layer that improves the overall flexibility of the hose. It also has a smoothbore PTFE liner from sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1” inner diameter (G-Flex Spec Sheet). These hoses are also used in applications where you need a smooth core PTFE hose with a tighter bend radius.
