5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Lock content of packing calculation Possibility to manually lock the content of the packaging quantities to make sure they aren't optimized automatically anymore

5.2 Shipment explorer: Print + pack 1 SKU Note: Product needs to be SKU managed to use this functionality

5.4 Payment / Invoice improvements Info screen when invoicing sales orders in group: When creating invoices in group based on a selection of sales orders, the "info screen" out of the customers and products that are activated to pop-up, is shown

5.4 Payment / Invoice improvements New column “invoice mode” when invoicing production jobs in group: orange indicator to warn you if a job within the selection shouldn't be invoiced.

5.10 Automatic conversion of time for clockings (at day change) No more clockings from 23:43 to 28:32 but 23:43 to 4:49 (next day)

5.11 Long texts in invoices Long text-phrases of order confirmation will be taken over completely to the invoice text

5.11 Further miscellaneous improvements Change sales price of sales orders with multi-select Other adresses require at least 1 contact  data from selected customer copied in creation wizard of other adresses Multiple EDI identification of other adresses Blocking of product groups (warning when product types are linked to it) but: Deleting product groups, that are in use is no longer possible List of icons for status definitions has been extended If you create a press sheet and the paper price is "0", then you will get a  warning to define the paper price (also in the inner signature wizard) Trying to invoice a single job with mode “No invoice”  a pop up warning  is given (but the user can proceed)

5.11 Further miscellaneous improvements Cerm Setup: Only launchable as Windows Administrator  some user parameters were moved to Explorer / File / User parameters Support of Excel 2007 (for import and for export of grids) Tests with Windows 10 didn’t show issues

Sales invoices: Tools module (in main look-up & tools report) Sales orders report: Certificate of reference calculation Product report: Certificate of reference calculation Extra fields/features Wizard Change product properties in group: 'comment' field. Direct phone and mobile number of the estimate's contact are shown on the main screen of the estimate module (in the area between the data grid and the letter text) Explorer JMF messages received a default grid which allows to apply a filter.
