War-winning capabilities … on time, on cost Future Contract Structure Solicitation FA R-KUMMSC The USAF is seeking to streamline KUMMSC facility maintenance under one contract Includes sustainment and maintenance requirements for the Blast Containment Management System (BCMS) at KUMMSC. These activities include calibration, replacing chemical/biological filters, maintaining historical results to calibrations, testing/balancing of the system, and an emergency call function that is available 24/7 to respond within 4 hrs Adding a new requirement for maintaining 11 AHU’s and performing Information Technology upgrades Draft contract type and CLIN structure is TBD May possess Firm Fixed Priced CLINs for routine support and Cost Reimbursable CLINs for any unscheduled work such as emergency calls The contract will be written for 1 base year and 4/1- year options
