High temperature measuring thermometer by Roman Lukomskyi

thermometer is a device that measures temperature or using a variety of different principles. thermometer has two important elements: the temperature sensor in which some physical change occurs with temperature, plus some means of converting this physical change into a numerical value (the visible scale that is marked on a mercury-in-glass thermometer).

Galilee is considered to be the inventor of the thermometer. In his writings there is no description of this device. Nelly and Viviani testified that in 1597 Galilee presented thermobaroskop.

Liquid Mechanical Electrical Gas Infrared

Liquid thermometers use the thermal expansion of liquids. Depending on the temperature range it is filled with mercury, ethyl alcohol or other liquids. Range of -50 to +100 °C

Mechanical thermometers operate on the same principle as the liquid, but is usually used as a sensor coil made of metal or bimetal. Range of -50 to +50 °C

The principle of operation of electrical thermometers based on the change of resistance of the conductor in a changing environment. Range of -180 to +500

Gas thermometers use the dependence of the gas pressure on the temperature. Range of -200 to +500 °C

Infrared temperature sensors measure the surface temperature of the distance. The principle of work is based on the fact that any body at a temperature above absolute zero emit electromagnetic energy. Range of -50 to 2500 °C

Infrared thermometer showed the best results, so it is the most acceptable.

Modern metallurgy need to measure °C and more if it possible. Infrared thermometers are limited with 2500 °C. Infrared thermometers are limited because of variable emissivity of measured surface

If there is no such device, i must build it.

Thermal beam focused on the sensor from different surfaces and every surface has own emissivity. Coefficient Error can give a very understated data. My task is to minimize these errors.

I'm going to use to compare two types of short and long waves to control the accuracy of measuring.

This method need more powerful processor. This method need new mathematical tool.
