Warwickshire County Council Statutory Duties All Early Years providers, schools and Post 16 must have regard to the Code of Practice They must fulfil their statutory duties towards children and young people with SEND in the light of the Code of Practice They must be able to demonstrate that they are having regard to the Code They must adhere to the legal obligations set out in the Equality Act 2010 and the School Admissions Regulations

Yrs 2, 6, 9, /15 Yrs 1, 5, 8, /16 Yrs Reception, 4, 72016/17 Yr 32017/18 For pupils in Yrs 12 to 14 and those with LDAs, conversion to EHC plans will take place during 2014/15 and 2015/16
