HOW PATIENTS FEEL ABOUT THE CURRENT REPEAT PRESCRIPTION PROCESS

HOW COULD THE PRACTICE MAKE THE PRESCRIPTION PROCESS BETTER FOR PATIENTS Very Satisfied Electronic both request and receiving Now there is extended opening times, easier to collect prescriptions Allow more than 1 month at a time, especially if someone has been on the same medication for along time. ing request would be one less trip out back and forth a good idea Already very good Perfect Will now use Very happy, so no need to make it better A notice when prescription ready Prescription to go straight to the chemist Maybe prescription could be sent to pharmacy to collect there No problems or complaints Good efficient friendly service Maybe ordering online may be an option Seems to be working well and chemist collect on time Happy for chemist to order prescription No improvement necessary Historical medication to be made easier to order Same day service would make it easier now I know Facility of chemist next door makes the process very easy I had no idea you could this would be easier I am happy to learn you can prescriptions I would find this much easier and less time consuming Not always prescriptions together when ordered at the same time Text message when prescriptions ready /online service now I know about it Been able to phone prescription through On occasion prescription cannot be found but has been completed Can prescription be repeated without requesting I have learnt I can now my prescription – this will be useful when too ill to come to surgery Give more than one month at a time when been on meds more than 3 years
