Trusted Agent - Bank Mortgage Providers to have Online access to their vehicle asset Banks to have direct control over their asset RTA to discontinue this role Transaction Range 1.Permanently release a vehicle mortgage 2.NOC for mortgaged vehicle to leave the UAE 3.Check placement of a mortgage Note: No change to placing a vehicle mortgage Future: Value Add through Online linkage

Trusted Agent - Bank RTA’s Online (Internet) service –Allows access to mortgaged vehicles Can only access the company’s mortgaged vehicles –Allows immediate mortgage release or NOC for Tourist Certificate –No paper documents to RTA Service contains - Maker / Checker (approver) roles Online Daily Transaction Reports RTA alerts client / Bank of actions –Mortgagor determines if client must return for a certificate Note: RTA will not request any document from client

Access to Service Internet service PC, Internet connection, standard Printer Online service - arabic / english languages No RTA stationary or equipment RTA issues System Admin – 2 x UserID & Password –Bank determines who accesses RTA’s service –RTA service – auto issues UserIDs –No limit to the number of Bank Users Service disabled outside Bank working hours System support 24 / 7 via RTA Call Centre TA-Banks to sign 2yr contract with RTA No fees are payable to RTA by Banks – free service
