USER EXPERIENCE My family started drinking healthy green smoothies in the summer of 2011.One of the reasons I began drinking green smoothies was to lose weight. My husband,Mats,loves having tasty green smoothies froom the fridge when returning from his regular tennis practices.It has made died options easy. Green smoothies provide natural refreshment and serves as an excellent recovery drink. My daughters Maria and I wrote this book because we want to share with you some of the many delicious recipes for green smoothies for green smoothies we have made and enjoyed over the years.

Try the young dandelion leaves,they taste very similar to arugula. Another weed I have fought fiercely over the years is lamb's quarter (Chenopodium album),as they threatened to take over my wild raspberry garden. Lamb's quarter also tastes a bit like arugula.
