1.Affect of Engine Fuel System During a long time work, the fuel supply system of the engine may become unsmooth, and cause the engine power decreased, the acceleration lagging, shaking, fuel wasting, difficult starting, intermittent flameout, emission of exhaust gases, and high temperature, etc., which may at last reduce the vehicle drivability. So, it is very necessary to clean and maintain the fuel system of the engine periodically. 2.2 Functions: Ultrasonic cleaning: To clean several injectors at the same time by an ultrasonic cleaner, and remove the carbon deposits on the injector completely. Reverse flush: To remove the impurities adhered to the injector or screen thoroughly. On-vehicle cleaning : The unit is equipped with various adaptors and couplers that may help clean the injectors on vehicle. Equalizing test: To test the balancing of injecting amount of each injector. Spray test : To observe the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight. Leakage test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under high pressure. Injecting flow test: To check the injecting amount of the injector in 15 seconds of constant injection. Auto. test: To clean injectors by simulating different working conditions. Auto Maintenance Equipment Division LAUNCH

2.6 Working Principle Supplying fuel for the whole system through fuel pump working, it is similar to the working condition of auto fuel pump. Fuel flows into the T-type block through the fuel filter, one into the overflow valve, the overflow valve is to release the pressure that higher than the safety degree. In order to ensure smooth operation of the system, the other into the fuel distributor of injector for supplying fuel for each injector. Test liquid and Cleanser Selecting & Replacing Test liquid is only used by the main unit. The on-vehicle cleaning uses cleanser. The ultrasonic cleaning uses specified ultrasonic cleanser (It can be replaced by cleanser if there is no ultrasonic cleanser). The test liquid and cleanser are attached with the delivery of the unit. The blending ratio of cleanser (test liquid) vs fuel is 1:4. Test liquid is only used by the main unit. The test liquid and cleanser are attached with the delivery of the unit. The blending ratio of cleanser (test liquid) vs fuel is 1:4. Note: Note: The test liquid is easily to accumulate many impurities after a period using, which tends to block the injector, so change it regularly. Drain the cleanser from the fuel tank by pressing [drain] button. It is better to clean the fuel tank with a little cleanser before filling new.
