1.Pick up the CPS remote assigned to you 2.Take out 1 sheet of paper and number from 1-10, put your name on it and title it, “Declaration of Independence” 3.Have a seat and be ready to watch the CNN student news

1.Once you finish reading the article, turn it in on the back table and pick up a quiz. 2.Use the CPS remote to take the quiz, but write the answers on your notebook paper also. 3.Once you are finished with the quiz, turn off the CPS remote and turn it in on the back table. Turn in the paper copy of your quiz on the back table too. 4.Pick up a “Declaration of Independence” handout (the one in the clear sleeve). 5.Pick up a new textbook and read about the “National Heroes” on page 184….Check out Deborah Sampson (pic. on the top right of pg.191)
