Serves as Liaison between the Team Captain and the Operations Officer Acts as the S3 in her absence Serves as primary assistant to the Operations Officer Supervises Team Commanders

Documents all inventory of uniforms, awards, and uniform accessories. Responsible for maintaining the supply facility in a neat and orderly fashion Assists in the issuance of uniform Provides feedback to the commander regarding inventory reorders

Responsible for development and implementation of Special Projects and Community Service initiatives Manages battalion recruitment and retention initiatives Provides periodic feedback regarding on-going projects Documents Community Service hours in Jums Serves as primary action officer for the military ball

Maintains the battalion’s School Fusion web site Conducts weekly web site updates Serves as the liaison with the School Fusion web master Provides ideas web site enhancement to the commander

Responsible for maintenance of archived historical data, i.e battalion scrapbook Documents and updates battalion milestones achieved Develops a battalion “calling tree” to inform and maintain contact with alumni Researches historical significance of site for planned battalion field trips significant training events and the military ball

Responsible for marketing activities Liaison with local new media and school periodicals Create monthly battalion newsletter and input into the CFHS Newsletter Serve as the liaison to the Editor of the CFHS newsletter Ensures that the JROTC section of The Talon and the school’s news letter is updated
