Campus Platform Some tools that make your corporate evens measurable and effective

What is Campus? For the event you plan, we create a tailor-made mobile application that all participants can install on their tablets and smartphones in advance. It addresses three main areas that require better management during the event: Informing : agenda, logistics, maps, participants and speakers list, all materials – and everything gets updated automatically so they know all changes immediately Communication : instant questions to speakers and management, voting, chats, personalized feedback forms Motivation : any type of actions they perform (e.g. checking in at sessions, communication with speakers, meeting colleagues, results of tests) can be rewarded with some bonus points, that stimulates them to be active and supports the spirit of constructive competition. For event organization team, it also provides Monitoring of the event and participant activities in real time, analysis of their behavior, choices and preferences Capabilities of quick changes and communicating them to participants

Before the event E mail invitations can contain a simple link to our application download webpage, so everyone can install it within one click. Then we can suggest users to  Confirm the attendance and set up the personal profile, fill in and share personal info, make a selfie that other attendees can see  Learn the logistics info (flights, transfers, preliminary agenda) and communicate preferred flights, roommates etc.  Ask questions to speakers an organization team  If you plan any team activities, we can run some pre-start interviewing: any attendee would answer some fancy questions, and we form the teams in accordance with their answers (same answers = one team, or vice versa, the most antagonistic answers = same team). When teams are formed, we can open the “meet your team” section in the application. This is the way to start the teambuilding even before the event.  At this moment, we also can start to assign first bonus points, e.g. the sooner they pass their interviews, or the faster they communicate their flight choice, the more bonus points they get.  The organization team monitor the registration statuses and preferences, and can adjust their preparations, room lists, transfer times etc.

During the event Everything the attendees need to work effectively, resides in their mobile devices:  Agenda with conference room schemes, navigation and the possibility to ask questions to speakers  News and push notifications, either individual or broadcasting  Contacts, code of conduct, hotel rules, tourist guide, wordbook  Library of materials and presentations; materials can have individual schedules of availability (for example, available only after the live presentation on stage)  Built-in quizzes and testing Automatic updates. Any changes can be communicated automatically: as long as the attendee’s device is connected, it will download the changes immediately Working offline. All the content is being downloaded to the device memory, and available offline.

Communications For each event, we design communication system that corresponds to business goals and attendees expectations in the best way. The most popular methods are  Questions to speakers, either preliminary or instant ones. Speakers can respond immediately and even grade each question, assigning bonus points to its author.  Grading sessions, speakers and materials  Feedback forms. It shouldn’t necessarily be the long form upon the end of the event. Good example – we call it “Atmosphere of the Day”: once or twice a day we open a pop- up window asking attendees for their feelings, and track its dynamics.  Chats and group forums, with “like”-style functionality  Photo contests that would help to build the official “event photo album”

Voting  Speakers or moderators can turn on the “quick voting”. Attendees immediately get the question and answer options on their devices.  Results can be displayed either on the big screen or at client devices, immediately (growing histograms) or upon completion of the voting session  We can do “segmented” voting, starting from “segmenting” question (“What is your business function?”, “How long are you with the company?” etc.) and then display the results by segments.  This is the way to learn not only mass opinions, but also correlations of those opinions with segments. The key is the right way of segmentation.

Networking  Personalized “people to meet” list for each attendee, formed manually or automatically  Requests for meetings and accept/decline/propose-new-time mechanism  “Business card exchange” by cross-scanning of individual QR codes  Quick feedback of the meeting  Rating of meetings, booths and exhibitors, based on meeting grading  One-click e mailing of meeting list and business cards

“Quiet mode” for keynotes When you need your audience to be focused on keynotes and prevent them from using the mobile app, we can switch on the “keynotes” mode. Then they can only  See the presentation slides, synchronously with the big screen display  Ask questions  Add personal notes to each slide; then they can be e mailed When the keynote is over, we can switch this mode off, and all functions are available again

Gamification elements: getting bonus points for…  Visiting sessions, booths, master classes, via QR codes, iBeacons by GPS in case of outdoor location etc.  Watching materials  Asking questions, grading others’ actions or sending feedbacks  Active behavior at sessions  Meeting colleagues  Passing quizzes, tests and trivia  Photo and video materials sent and published  Ideas generated and shared  Gaming experience. Secret codes and product packages, practice on customer communication – ask if you want to build in some special scenarios for business simulations.

Development visualization To make people more focused on measurable development, we associate their points collection with the growth of an “avatar” the lives in their device. He/she/it (not necessarily it must be a human ) can help to get more points and grow from a “novice” to “professional” grades. The system keeps the history of growth and recommendations what else they can do to grow more. Such an “avatar” can stimulate activities, call for creative actions, offer topics for discussions. It can visualize and correspond to corporate values or strategies. New learnings can be displayed as new items on the shelves, new costume elements etc. This involves attendees into some kind of a business game. It can be individual or team-based. John Smithson Senior Assistant

Real-time results What can motivate better than seeing how your efforts contribute to your team success?  Attendees can see the results dynamics in real time. We can place a large dashboard screen in the lobby – so participants can see their progress, and what they have to do more to win.  Organizers can manage the resources, rooms and sessions load, buses etc., being able to monitor the popularity and bandwidth of different points and services.  …and of course we reward the most active teams.

When the event is over  Campus application can be useful for long time after the event. Upon return, participants can receive photo albums, full speakers’ Q&A materials, updated presentations and videos.  Application will continue sending users announcements, invitations and extra materials.  Organizers keep the great personalized communication channel which people get used to, and which people will keep using.  This application is a great base for building a very effective permanent system of corporate communication.

Personalized design  We always produce applications designed in accordance with your requirements, brandbook and policies.  Main screen will contain buttons of “quick access” to the most vital functions  During the event, we can change the contents of the main menu, removing icons for functions that are no longer needed, adding new icons corresponding to brand new capabilities.

Security  Our platform supports three build-in authentication mechanisms + authorization via Active Directory, MDM (AirWatch), Iron Port, Single Sign On (PingIdentity) or any other authentication system that has SDK for iOS and Android  We can host server components (including data storage, communication and authorization modules) at Customer’s IT premises – for free. Your data and personal data of your users will be protected, secured and localized within IT infrastructure of your own organization.

Additionally…

Interactive gaming  Here is the great idea of an interactive teambuilding. It can be combined with the sightseeing tour, professional knowledge exams, practicing the customer communication skills etc. Who will complete the route first?  Series of task for searching “control points”, tricky questions, creative reports and pop-up videos with “Consultant” comments. Offer this role to your Management, by the way, we will arrange it.  We give a tablet to each team, and they lead them through the complicated routes. We will track and assist them, reward their activities and monitor their behaviors.  “Game summary report” with photos and videos, working on mistakes, awarding ceremony is the great scenario for a gala dinner afterwards. Your people will proudly share their “field experience”.

Evening event ideas We can use the conference application for evening team activities: “Brain ring” intellectual dinner; “Intuition”, “Who wants to be a millionaire” and other popular game formats Song contest with winners defined by public voting “Oscar” ceremony when teams make their movies and then compete in multiple nominations. Filming also can be done using their own mobile devices.

Flash mob activities Great motivation idea. We arrange the scenario, production and filming using the drone. We provide photo and video reports. Flash mob video always has a viral effect.

1. Preliminary registration Registration website, or mobile website for consolidation of all potential participants info 2. Registration during the event Badge scanning, or mobile badge scanning, with automatic linking of participant data 3. Visitors tracking and welcoming Using QR codes, RFID markers or other mobile technologies, we can track all activities – who visits which sessions. We also can welcome any single guest, displaying personalized message as soon as (s)he passes by the main screen after checking in. 4.Full statistics, reporting and analysis Registration and tracking systems
