NO-DROPS Campaign – WHY??? 2 Trending indicated that we were not making any improvement against controlling Dropped Objects. Campaign initiated

NO-DROPS Campaign 3 ‘DROPS PURGE’ for September Increased and continual focus on DROPS Full review and communication of DROPS strategies Engaging Check 6: Leadership & Job Planning Engaging All Rig: Full 3rd Party DROPS Partnership (initiatives, coaching, training, inspections) Continual communication on DROPS Raising the workforce consciousness regarding DROPS in all tasks on a daily basis Regular communication at all levels (Dubai- Sub region; Sub region – Rig) Sharing of DROPS initiatives Sub regions collect Rig and Sub Regional DROPS initiatives.
