After submitting your application: Before the deadline on September 16, 2016 you must provide: Official Transcripts from High School/College/Other 3 letters of recommendation (forms are on the application) Schedule HESI test Satisfactory score on HESI is 70% The cost of the HESI is included on your $65 entrance fee
The HESI exam Applications must be submitted and registration/test fee of $65 must be paid before HESI test can be scheduled.
