Enacted in January 2007 for projects over 50,000 SF Requires documentation that a proposed project is LEED “Certifiable”, not LEED Certified Requires the use of the LEED checklist during the permitting of a project. Boston Interagency Green Building Committee Currently 55 LEED projects in pipeline totaling approximately 22 million SF of new construction. Article 37 - Green Building

LEED-NC Requirements (69 possible points) “Certified” “Silver” “Gold” “Platinum” Article 37 requires project to achieve 26 points through LEED points plus optional Boston Green Building Points Compliance with Article 37 results in project being LEED “Certifiable”.
