Family Ministry Family Ministry – Kara Grant, Chairman PARENT GAME NIGHT – JANUARY 24TH The second Parent Game Night is planned for Saturday, January 24 th from 5-7 PM. Coordinated by Joan and Mike Holladay, Kara Grant and Christina Scherrer, our parents will enjoy a few hours of fellowship and socializing while their children attend a Kid’s Movie Night with pizza dinner. In addition to the coordinators, many thanks to Jeff Glaze, Taylor Grout and the Boy Scouts for facilitating the Kid’s Movie Night in the Fellowship Hall.

Family Ministry Family Ministry – Kara Grant, Chairman PRESCHOOL & ELEMENTARY SUNDAY SCHOOL The Elementary Sunday School class continues to search for additional adult volunteers to assist the current leaders. Please contact Amanda Hickey or Ellen Lundy if you can assist this class of 1 st – 5 th graders on a Sunday morning; we have an online Sign Up Genius that needs to be filled for 2015! Our children’s Sunday School teacher meetings occurred on Sunday, January 4 th (Elementary) and Sunday, January 11 th (Preschool). In both meetings, the leaders began planning curriculum and Sunday School events for 2015.

Peachtree to Church parking lot o They would build a retention pond on Church property & would be responsible for maintaining it.

Request for funding from Georgia United Methodist Foundation has been submitted. o Gym Floor. Monitoring floor issues for now Budget: Submitted with original request of $248k. Final request is for $234k This would include exclude major capital improvements
