Increase in tobacco taxes leads to… Substantial increases in revenue

Almost $100 billion in health care costs higher insurance premiums publicly-funded health programs

In conclusion… Tobacco products are expensive Tobacco use is harmful to a person’s health An increase in tobacco taxes will decrease total consumption And can help boost the economy.
