Senior Men’s 2015 Season begins on April 3 rd (Good Friday) - Central League and Capital Premier will play a double header on the 3 rd and 6 th (Easter Monday) - All other teams play on Friday to allow for a 3-day weekend Senior team entries by March 9 th Draws finalised by March 20 th
Chatham Cup Competition dates Registration for 2015 Chatham Cup opens on February 1 st & closes on February 28 th Qualifying round: April Round 1: 9-10 May Round 2: 30 May- 1 June Round 3: June Round 4: July Quarter finals: 8-9 August Semi finals: August Final: 20 September

Kelly Cup/Executive Plate - Central League and Premier teams to compete for the Kelly Cup - Division 1 – 3 teams to compete for the Executive Plate - - First round for both Sunday 29th March - Rounds will be played on specified weekends throughout the season - Both finals 6 th Sep 2015
Women’s Premier After going through the Women’s Advisory Group and the Capital Football Board it has been decided that for 2015 this league will increase to 10 teams The bottom two teams from 2014 will remain in Premiers with the addition of the three top teams from Division 1 Based on team entries for this season we would then have a ten team Division 1, and eight teams in Division 2 and 3.
ASB Women’s KO Cup Registrations open on February 1 st and close on February 28 th. Qualifying round: April Round 1: 9-10 May Round 2: 30 May- 1 June Round 3: July Quarter finals: 1-2 August Semi finals: 22/23 August Final: 20 September
2015 Senior Playing Regs Main Changes Team cards must be with CF within 72 hours of the conclusion of the match Addition of Drug Testing (16) and Misconduct (19) sections to fall in line with NZF mandatory clauses Wairarapa local league re-grades be the same process as Capital league re-grades Rolling subs also permitted in Wairarapa 1 & 2 men’s leagues. Rolling subs allowed in Horo/ Kapiti leagues/ Knockout Cup No changes to current women’s regulations.
2015 Senior Playing Regs Team can still enter results via Sporting Pulse, by ing or via Numbers for texting results will stay the same in 2015 NZF documents on Status of Players (Reg 5) and Misconduct (Reg 7) reworked Likely change to player eligibility

FIFA U-20 World Cup Losing Newtown Park & Dave Farrington from season start to July 1 st. Endeavour Park from May- July No games to be played on Saturday May 30 th due to U20 Matchday. Only WCL on June 14 th (early kickoff)

Financial Regulations 2015 There are three main changes from the 2014 regs - Un-financial Clubs/Players –Moves from 31 st October to 90 days Timing of Affiliation Fees –Seniors 30/4 & 30/6 (was 30/4 & 20/6) –Juniors 30/4 & 30/6 (was 31/5 & 20/6) Penalties –3 points per game, if a club is un-financial
2015 Affiliation Fees No changes to Juniors except for –NZ Levy increases by 1.7% No changes to Seniors except for –Wairarapa Local League Clubs subsidy fully removed –Wairarapa Local League Clubs removal of ground charges –NZ Levy increases by 1.7% for all clubs Go to the Capital Football website for a full breakdown – under Resources/Regulations tab

Coach Education 2015 Combining venues across the Federation to deliver coach education in a more effective and efficient way Three cycles for the delivery i.e. cycle 1: Feb – May, Cycle 2: May – July, Cycle 3: Oct-Nov FDOs deliver Intro to Junior course into clubs Centralise most Level 2 courses at one location i.e. Petone and Wakefield Park Payments for coaches -opportunity to pay through GoalNet Calendar of events for % correct (finalising a couple of venues)
Hilton-Petone Tournament Hilton-Petone tournament starts February 15 th, finishes on Sunday, March 22 nd. Allows for a two-week break before the start of the season
