Driving Responsibilities Legal: Laws & Collisions You are responsible to obey the laws governed by the state of NJ Financial : Operating Cost Fuel, oil & maintenance Fixed Costs Purchase price insurance, fees. Crash Costs Driver error is the most common cause for collisions Environmental: Avoid polluting the air & water, and preventing chemical spills by being fuel efficient, carpooling & recycling.
