Compare the advantages and disadvantages of applying on paper v online Create a table on the whiteboard. Take one example and analyse. Interviews can be conducted by 1 person, 2 persons or more (more than 2 is usually a ‘panel’). Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each. Create a table on the whiteboard.
