Combining software, technologies and services OKsystem actively participates in international research and development projects in the field of smart cards and biometric documents – (2005 – 2007) and (2008 – 2011). On the basis of the results of these projects and thanks to the competencies acquired in the field of chip documents, representatives of OKsystem are participating in the creation of the European Citizen Card (ECC) standard through the CEN standardization body.
