On arrival at Prestwick  Wednesday 18 th Jan –Unpack aircraft –Pilot training flight, approx 1hour –Lunch and ASAT security course at Ocean Sky –Collect security passes at Airport Terminal –Welcome briefing at hotel (1800)

Prestwick Airport  Polar Hangar –BA maintenance work ongoing (up to 3 aircraft) –BAe146, pack-up –Pre-flight briefings –Access via 2 security gates - pass required!  Ocean Sky –Office with internet –Pre-flight security –Kitchen –5 mins walk to hangar

Working at the Airport   High Viz jackets must be worn on the ramp   Stay within the aircraft foot print   If other aircraft moving either stay on a/c or keep clear   Always carry DFL pass and Passport!   Conform to normal airport security procedures (no liquids, sharp instruments etc.)   Be aware of F.O.D. – –do not drop rubbish on ramp – –if you see any, pick it up and put in the F.O.D. bins.
