7 Service Planning has returned home A recent organisational review has this now residing in corporate planning Key Learning Some tasks may seem initially complex. Breaking a task into simpler components, creates a greater chance of engagement if you want to implement change. What we did – The Outcome/Key Learning Service Plans will be the principle reference for our long term planning 2016…..→
