OUTSOURCED INDIA MOVIE Culture clash

In this scene that show that Todd is run to get in the train that it will get him to his new job place like we see he have to run and jump on the train like what he did. The culture different here in India their are no specific time for getting on the train also there are no details that show the direction of the train and sometimes you have to run and jump on it because it will not stop. But in America everything is manage the leaving times and any train have to stop. Individualism, in India is low because they are poor and underdevelopment country, but in America is high because they its an development country and modern. (Individualism / Collectivism n.d.) In this scene, when Todd is in his way with puro the man that will take him to the place that he will stay in to while his in India he see a man is Urinating in public and he doesn't care. The difference between India and America is if you have to Urinating India it's okay to bee in streets but in America they stop in any situation and they have an rest room in streets and they don't make it in public. Its Uncertainty Avoidance, India is low because they don’t care about the laws and they don’t have any specific role for any thing, but in America is High they have specific laws and regulation. In this scenes, it show that when Todd is arrived in to Prou ante house she start to ask him an privet questions for example : are you married, do you have girlfriend and he was wandering the way that she ask and her questions. The different in culture that in India they always like to now more information about other people even privacy details they like to know. In America it’s a rude to ask any person an privacy details about their life that could make him surprised. Its Masculine \ Feminine, in India is low because they are like one family they care about each other, in America they don’t care a lot of other people as they are having money and work is more important for them. In this scene, Todd is talking to the lady that puro called her ante, they served for him some kind of Indian food when he was start to eat he use his lift hand then puro stop him by informing Todd that you don’t eat with the lift hand and you have to use right hand because the lift hand consider as not clean. In India it is rude to eat with you left hand but in America there is no particular rule; they don't mind to eat in right or lift hand. Uncertainty avoidance, in India is High because they have specific roles for eating and make they religion things and they consider eating as religion, but in America they don’t care about the way you eat as you eating. Scene 5 In this scene it show Todd and Prou are seating in restaurants and drinking, they was talking about the day that they like in the year for Todd it was Halloween how use Todd Mather make for him every year a new costume for it, after that prou thought that Tod miss his family but Todd shocked him when he say his live alone in anther city from his parents and he don’t sow his mother and father for along time. In India they are a big family they a live to gather the grand father and mother and the children and they grandchildren inn one house, that all generation of the family life to gather, but in America they see that after finishing high school you are old enough to live alone and to became responsible about your life. Individualism / Collectivism, that in India is Low because they are more traditional agriculture and they are extended families and tribe, but in America is High because the people are modern and urbanization also some time they have unclear family background (Individualism / Collectivism n.d.)
