Presentation transcript:

Will the type of light effect the amount of grow it has?

 We predict that the natural light will grow better because the seeds have adapted to natural light and not artificial light.

 Our variable is the type of light, the responding variable is the height of the plants, and the controls are the amount of water and the amount of seeds and the type of soil and container they are put in.

 Our artificial light is a fluorescent growing light.  Our natural light come from the sun ray’s.

 Our steps are we are going to have, two radish seeds and they are going to grow at the same time, one is going to be under artificial light and the other under natural light.

 We claim that the artificial light was better only because it never shut off but the sun did go down so the other plant got more light because it got light all the time unlike the natural light.

 We told our mentor what type of light, what type of seeds, how many seeds, and all our controls and variables.

 We realized that the artificial light was growing more so we changed our hypothesis so it would fit what we thought.
