Marine West Coast BY NORA GINDIN

Where is the Marine West Coast? The Marine West Coast is located in: North America South America Europe Africa Australia Iceland New Zealand Taiwan Russia Canada

Marine Temperature Ranges In the Marine west coast has good weather. In the hottest month, the highest temperature is 72 degrees (average). The coldest month very rarely has an average of 30 degrees.

Precipitation It depends on the area for precipitation. In some places where the Marine West Coast is, it rains up to 30 inches. Others receive 98 inches! Some days it rains up to 150 out of 365 days. North America get so much rain that they have something called “temperate rainforests” which are area’s in the temperate zone and receive very heavy rainfall.

Latitude Ranges The Marine West Coast is in the mid-latitude area

What Animals Live There? It depends on the different parts of the Marine West Coast. In North America, eagles are found in the Marine West Coast. In New Zealand, there are penguins. In all Marine West Coast, there are many small mammals, and some different types of bears.

What Plants Live There? Fun Fact! Did you know that the North American redwood trees are the tallest trees in the world? The Marine West Coast has different types of Evergreen trees such as spruce, cedar, pine, and redwood. Lots of different types of ferns and grasses also live there.

The End!
