MPG – Why ? ►To guarantee an overall management leadership between the tender and the performance of the Contract, if awarded ►To team up, at an early stage, the business developers from Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies and Companies from Veolia Water Group when applicable ►To develop an expertise for large Reverse Osmosis Desalination Plant ►To build on the know-how of the Company in the tender preparation and the construction of large and complex municipal projects ►To improve our success ratio and profitability ►To develop and offer project management tools in line with P&SM Guidelines

MPG – When ? ►For projects where Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies has no permanent set up or where the existing entities have no adequate experience or resources ► Elsewhere after survey of the large and complex projects through the GO/NO GO meeting and decision of the COMEX on MPG’s involvement with or without the B.Us ► For large projects related to RO Desalination methodology (ie >40 000 cum/day)

MPG – What we do ? ► Set up regular meetings with DFI and the B.U’s business developers to build the network ► Organise GO / NO GO meetings ► Organise, prepare and submit tenders : around 15 per year with an average of 30 M€ equipment value ► Build an Desalination Expertises for large RO desalination projects ► Build Know how documentation from large projects executed* ► An efficient quality & safety system
