WHAT MAKES NATURAL PROTEIN EFFECTIVE FOR YOUR STRENGTH? Natural protein comes from foods You need a lot of protein if you want it to effect your strength Foods with high protein effect your strength

MINERALS IN HIGH PROTEIN FOODS In high protein foods, they usually contain sodium, iron, selenium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and zinc Sodium works to regulate the pressure of all the fluids in your body Iron is used to make Selenium is a nutrient that helps the body maintain healthy and strong Zinc is helpful for great physical performance and energy level Potassium helps your bone become stronger Calcium increases bone density Magnesium is necessary in the body for muscle contractions
