Step - 3 Fill Part A (EPF) Part B (Pension Fund) will be filled Automatically If employee has family as per definition mentioned in slide 13, otherwise fill one person details in Part B Fill all the details of Nominee for PF accumulations and Click on Update 16

Step - 4 17 Click for right tick Click at “Submit to Employer for Approval” for approval of Nomination details with Digital Signature Click at “Generate PDF” – Please Print Nomination Form and duly signed Nomination Form send to HR Deptt for verification and approval of Nomination form with Digital Signature. 17
